Maurice Hurst has extensive experience as a former NFL player and NFL executive. Maurice has extensive management training and interpersonal skills as per his experience as an executive in the NFL. Further, Maurice Hurst has the capacity to learn the construction business in the past 6 years. His current additional interest for Olympic is to further automating and configuring the management of olympic to comply with the anticipated requirements for federal project management and job costing.

J. Douglas Sunseri, General Counsel/Owner
J. Douglas Sunseri has been an attorney for 21 years specializing in business and construction practices. He has extensive background in private, state and federal contracting for construction. His primary challenge is implementing accounting and quality assurance procedures for administratively processing larger state and federal jobs. His recent interest for Olympic is centered on implementing I.T. upgrades to process the job costing and billing in a format acceptable to state and federal governments.

Mary Scott, Business Manager
Mary Scott is integral in implementing greater organization and I.T. upgrades of Olympic to accommodate its larger state and federal jobs. Ms. Scott was hired in January 2010 with over 30 years of experience in management. She also commits to the particular clientele and subcontractors for Olympic.

Shuntrell Encalade, Office Manager
Shuntrell Encalade has great institutional knowledge of Olympic since she is the longest tenured administrative employee of Olympic. Her focus is centered on continuing to learn the construction business in all respects.

James Scott, Superintendent
James Scott has been in the construction industry as a General Contractor and superintendent for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in contracting and developing multi-family structures and commercial buildings in Louisiana and Florida. Mr. Scott studies new and specific requirements established for anticipated federal jobs.

Kay Marie Ravannack, Estimator
Kay Marie Ravannack has been promoted from laborer to Chief Estimator. Her greatest asset is her ability to learn estimating and desire for personal growth in said paths. Ms. Ravannack is continuing to grow with greater sophistication in estimating larger contracting jobs.

Terry Beamon, Lead Forman
Terry Beamon has been foreman and/or superintendent for over 30 years. His technical skills are excellent. Mr. Beamon focuses on supervising more employees as the job size increases in scope and cost from the recent demand for Olympic's services.

Steve Feinman, Consultant/Federal Soliciation
Olympic has retained Steve Feinman to serve as a consultant to assist in identifying and drafting bids in response to solicitations for federal 8(a) SDB jobs. Mr. Feinman has worked for 30 years as a Project Manager for large federal job contracts. In doing so, Mr. Feinman prepared and drafted winning solicitations for federal jobs from $25,000,000 to $80,000,000.
